Governance Assessment
We check the effectiveness of Governance through the Board Assessment and the verification of the internal mechanisms of the Board of Directors and the relationships between the Board of Directors and the Leadership team.
Board Assessment
We evaluate the composition of the Boards and Advisory Boards to verify the presence of a plurality of voices different but consistent with the Vision, Culture and Values and bringing experiences to support strategic development.
Board Search
We identify Managers and Professionals with experiences and paths functional to the continuity of the Company in the long term.

- Chairmen of Board Committes with specific skills to be placed at the service of the Board’s effectiveness for Internal Committees such as Nomination, Remuneration, Risk Control, Sustainability, Related Parties.
Advisory Board Search
We promote and encourage the creation of Advisory Boards, a simplified comparison tool to support Governance through which to provide know-how, vision, network and skills for specific strategic purposes. We contribute to the design and identification of its members.
GOVERNANCE Culture
We develop awareness of the importance of a plural and conscious Governance as a concrete support to the achievement of objectives.
- Salotti Onexecutive – Onexecutive’s Parlour– Exclusive moments dedicated to a limited number of Entrepreneurs or CEOs in which, under the guidance of subject matter experts in the field, share experiences and discuss the topics of greatest interest, to develop and spread awareness and culture on Governance.
- Networking – Connections between shareholders and successful leaders from different industries to stimulate peer-to-peer discussion through sharing experiences and best practices.
Family Governance
