By working transversally across the different practices, she has worked for years in Research and selection for local, national and multinational companies, becoming a reference point between Customer Company and Candidate.


Middle Management plays a key role within the organizations, as it ensures and enhances corporate culture, control, declination of processes and resource management.


Projects are marked by a strong focus on business needs, customized service, transparency in the process’ conduct, close cooperation at different stages: these are the characteristics that distinguish us in achieving goals with efficiency and timeliness.
